You can cook. The hard part is getting them to eat it.

This isn't a book of photogenic dishes no child would ever touch. It's the archive of what actually worked, evening after evening, at a small kitchen table in Milan — with one very honest three-year-old who says "no" to everything, until he asks for seconds.

inside every recipe

Not just recipes. Little rituals that stick.

Every recipe has a star rating (the best-loved open each chapter), lunchbox and night-before badges, and a note explaining why it works with a small child.

Then the two sections that make the difference: the Little Chef job — a real task, sized for three-year-old hands, in every single recipe — and Make it yours, where your child gives the stars, invents the dish's name and records the date of the first time.

A dish they helped make — one that carries a name they invented — doesn't get refused. It gets looked forward to.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between the mini volumes and the complete collection?

The mini volumes are single PDFs, each dedicated to one moment of the day (16 to 44 recipes, €5 to €9). The complete collection includes all six volumes, the 197-page full book with the extra tools (emergency kit, fridge-raid finder, lunchbox plan), and above all the web app: search by ingredient, Kid Mode and the automatic shopping list. The web app is exclusive to the complete collection.

If I buy a mini and later want the full collection, do I pay twice?

No. Your mini’s delivery email includes a discount code that takes exactly what you already paid (€5, €7 or €9) off the collection price.

Why do the mini volumes have different prices?

Because their sizes differ a lot: Lunchbox Heroes has 44 recipes, Little Treats has 16. The price follows the size, so you pay in proportion to what you get.

Do the recipes work for older or younger children too?

Yes. The reference point is a three-year-old — the age when mealtime independence is hardest — but the book is designed for ages 2 to 6, with adjustments already suggested in the text. For allergies, intolerances and children under two, always follow your paediatrician’s guidance.

Do I need special ingredients or equipment?

No. Everyday supermarket ingredients and a normal kitchen. There’s even a chapter on the "clever store cupboard" so you always have a base ready.

How do I get access after purchase?

Instantly, by email. For mini volumes: the PDF with your name on it. For the complete collection: all the PDFs plus your personal web app credentials.

You could still hear it tonight.

Start with a €5 volume, or get the whole collection for €19 — and dinner becomes a lovely moment again.
